In four (4) minutes walk you are at the metro station and within 300 meters you have access to a bakery, butcher, supermarket. Apart from the central location (Attiki Street, Agia Paraskevi, Papanikoli) the three sides and the southeastern orientation fill the apartment with positive energy. Although built in 1978 it is well maintained (new awnings, new external window frames-blinds, bathroom and kitchen fifteen years old+). It is pet-friendly, and a modern Toyotomi air conditioner is included in the lease. The heating is centrally heated with oil, and regarding parking there is free space within the plot but no secured parking with available (usually) spaces outside the plot. A pleasant ''warm'' apartment, with good spaces, with many openings, nice views of the Attic sky, in a key location.
